Value everyone. We believe that a company is only as strong as the sum of its partsóits people. We understand that each of us provides value and we all play an important role in achieving success. It is the appreciation for one anotherís contributions, as well as passion and commitment to a common goal that will enable us to reach new and exciting heights.
Be willing to adapt. There is only one constant in the furniture industry and that is change. We must be open to new ideas and willing to adapt frequently.
Watch costs. In order to reduce prices, costs must be reduced. We must strive to cut costs wherever we can while continuing to focus on quality.
Accept and delegate responsibility. Accepting responsibility means we are more likely to make good decisions. Delegating responsibility builds confidence in co-workers and inspires them to achieve. Rewarding potential through promotion creates further incentive to succeed and to accept higher levels of responsibility.
Keep it simple. We believe that the most efficient path to a goal is a straight line. This means a focused, common-sense approach to getting things done. Amazing things can be achieved when a group of people are of the same mindset and working cohesively.
Lead by example. People tend to be influenced by those around them, so taking it upon ourselves to set a great example is a particularly effective way of instilling our core values and creating a positive culture throughout the workplace.
Dare to be different. Donít be afraid to think outside the box and challenge the status quo. The old ways are not always the best ways. On the other hand, deviating from proven methods just for the sake of deviation is not wise either. Quality, efficiency, and cost reduction should always be the reasons behind doing what we do.
