Warranty
- FRAMES AND SPRINGS - Lifetime Limited Warranty
The wood frame and steel spring system are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal conditions, for as long as the original purchaser owns this product.
- SEAT CUSHIONS - Lifetime Limited Warranty
The foam seat cushions are warranted against loss of resiliency for as long as the original purchaser owns this product. Seat cushions will soften with normal use and conform to the users shape. This is normal and is not considered a defect. - SLEEPERS AND RECLINERS - One Year Limited Warranty
Sleeper mechanisms, sleeper mattresses and recliner mechanisms are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to furniture in commercial use, or where there is evidence of abuse, misuse or improper care. Costs of packaging and shipping to and from the factory are not covered. The obligations of are specifically limited to those stated in the warranty. - UPHOLSTERY FABRIC - One Year Limited Warranty
Upholstery fabric is warranted against wear and tear under normal care and conditions for a period of one (1) year from the consumer date of purchase. This does not cover shrinkage, pilling or fading due to chemical after-treatments or improper cleaning. Use of chemical after-treatments or improper cleaning invalidates the warranty. Some fabrics have qualities that are natural characteristics inherent to the style of the fabric (i.e. nubs, color variations, shading). These are not manufacturer's defects and are not covered by the limited warranty. Pilling is a characteristic of many upholstered fabrics that result in excess fiber detaching from the surface of the material. This release of excess fiber results in small balls or pills of fiber forming on the surface of the cover. This condition is not a defect and is not covered by the limited warranty.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Mastercraft Furniture, Inc. will either repair or replace at it's opinion any product which has a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this limited warranty without charge. To obtain service under this warranty, you must contact the original furniture dealer from whom you purchased this product along with proof of the original purchase. If required, the dealer will contact Mastercraft Furniture, Inc. to obtain service. All packaging and transportation charges for delivering the product requiring service to the furniture dealer is the responsibility of the original purchaser. Mastercraft Furniture, Inc. reserves the right to change specifications without notification. If identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair, Mastercraft Furniture, Inc. reserves the right to change or substitute material of equal quality.
